The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions and local shops, with Norwich just a short drive away. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, perfect for families with young children. the property manager was responsive and quickly resolved any issues, ensuring a comfortable stay. the outdoor seating area provided a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. the facilities, including the washing machine and clothes rack, were particularly useful with a baby.
There were issues with ants throughout the property, which made it difficult to use the kitchen and living room comfortably.

Excellent facilities and comfortable accommodations. Conveniently located for exploring the area and visiting local attractions. The shower/wet room was a standout feature.
The beds were of lower quality and could have been more comfortable. There was a lack of information provided, such as important telephone numbers and local attractions.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration at Cherry Tree Lodge. The hotel had a cozy and traditional ambiance with beautiful furnishings and lovely floral touches throughout. It made me feel right at home and added to the overall warmth and comfort of my stay. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself, with wide corridors and easy-to-navigate spaces. It was such a delight to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
For a better vacation for senior people, I would have appreciated a few more grab bars in the bathroom. It would have provided extra support and reassurance, especially when getting in and out of the shower.

We had a great stay at Cherry Tree Lodge. The location was perfect for exploring Norwich and the surrounding areas. The property was clean and comfortable, with excellent beds and a fantastic bathroom/wet room with a great shower. The sunny back garden was a lovely bonus, and having a driveway for safe parking was very convenient. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Although the property was generally comfortable, there were a few minor issues. The mattresses on the beds were not the most comfortable, and the shower tended to flood the bathroom floor, requiring daily mopping.
